Down These Mean Streets…

Keeping us safe in Basildon:
Following his arrest, town centre officials and police say they are now “monitoring” the situation.
Mr Hughes was heard telling Basildon Council’s town centre wardens that he was allowed to preach on the street under old bylaws.
However, Hans Wustefield, of the Basildon Town Centre Management, said he believed any religious groups should apply for a permit, either with them or Basildon Council. He said: “Anyone who wants to do something in the town centre –whether it is preaching or holding an event – must apply for a permit with either us or the council.”
Insp Mark Rayner, of Basildon police, said officers would also be monitoring whether Mr Hughes returns to the town.
Keeping us safe in Woolwich:
A man with a walking stick who could be called Les or Des is wanted by police after he hurled racist remarks at a group of pub-goers in Woolwich.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Phil Corbett said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may recognise the man in the image.
“I am specifically appealing to pub managers in south-east London who may recognise him. “We believe he is known in various public houses, possibly under the name of Les or Des.”
Recognise him, Edwin..? ;)

I can't help wondering if the Bearded Savages would be asked for a permit, or does that only apply to Christians who challenge the multikulti, we-are-all-equal-even-if-we-shag-sheep orthodoxy?

Going by recent perverse judgements I would not lay money that said Savages would not be challenged in this way.

'Bearded Savage, that will do nicely, British laws do not apply to you'

Even if I knew him, they can fuck off.

I would buy the guy a pint though. :-)

Furor, knowing how badly that South Woolwich has been aflicted by multiculturalism and especially the religion of savagery, I'd also be inclined to buy him a pint as well.

Seriously, in a similar vein, maybe everybody who is concerned with how this nation is being run, should make a point of deliberately refusing to assist the authorities with so called hate crime witness appeals such as the one Julia has featured?

If the early Americans could have as a slogan 'no taxation without representation' why can't we say 'no co-operation with the police on political correctness thought crimes'?

Looks much like 90% of the patrons of the Great Harry, tbh. Amiable but rough-edged sort of gaff, the Great Harry, run by a mild-mannered Albanian who's tougher than he looks.

Actually you don't see much of the stereotype Alf Garnett-stylee White-on-Black racial ranting in vibrant downtown Woolwich. (Apart of course from the occasional White Lightning-sodden derelict for whom the presence of nignogs is just one on an extensive list of grievances and not a particular target.)

Apart from 3rd generation West Indians, who are in general fully assimilated and often married into the White substrate, recently arrived Darkies are on the whole not so much liked as put up with.

Maybe Les or Des had some perceived grievance against the 3 people, which happened to be expressed in forbidden language. Some people do get worked up awfully easily.

FWIW, the most recent "racist" pub incident I recall was in the Earl of Chatham (about 30m from the Great Harry). A person of, how can I put this, of Nigerian heritage entered the pub, and then took voluble exception when he wasn't served immediately as was apparently his due and began to apostrophize the pub at large about racism. He was invited to leave. I wonder if he went to the police.

Edwin, it is a fair while now since I last visited South Woolwich. As a child it was a regular haunt of mine and I used to shop there. I went back a few years ago and it had really gone down hill. Bearded Savages everywhere, enslaved Chinese illegals flogging hooky dvds, Poles etc chugging down the lager, and a shed load of litter. That was just what I saw in the main shopping street the one that leads to the market.

You may be right about a poor choice of words. It can be quite difficult to keep up with what is this weeks set of words that have been forbidden and replaced by 'newspeak' words.

"Forbidden???"

Fucking BOLLOX laddie!

A "law" is only as good as the enslaved populations willingness to abide by it.

YOU and EVERY one that sais; "set of words that have been forbidden" ARE the ones that have "forbidden it.

FREE YOURSELF!

Shout it from the rooftops "NIGGER!!" They can NOT arrest the whole population.

Good point!

"I would buy the guy a pint though."

:D

"Maybe Les or Des had some perceived grievance against the 3 people, which happened to be expressed in forbidden language."

It's entirely possible. I'll keep my eye on this - I'm sure the exhaustive police manhunt will turn something up.

"A "law" is only as good as the enslaved populations willingness to abide by it."

Just so!
