One of the very best, definitely, but for me the crown has to go to his ‘Amish Paradise’, not least because of its delightful subversion of self-aggrandising hip-hop.
I love Wierd Al. As well as his parodies some of his original songs are good too. Hardware Store, Trigger Happy and Frank's 2,000 Inch TV come to mind. Trigger Happy is very like The Beach Boys but I think it's an original tune, I could be wrong. Stonyground.
I have his geatest hits CD somewhere round here and one thing is certain, the guy can carry a tune. Also his original work is interesting too, Stop Forwarding That Crap To Me is particularly good
