I should have learnt my lesson because prior to him I hired an ex Labour council leader. Incompetent, lazy and stupid like the headteacher. Both in the end out of exasperation I had to sack. So two examples of why lefties/progressives or those in thrall to their ideologies are best kept well away from our children and government. We cannot of course but the education secretary has the answer for teachers. Turn schools into academies. Government is a bit more tricky and no easy solution except not to vote for them.
