Then hold it up as glowing proof that making prisons non-smoking has no downside, with no riots or resultant injuries to wardens, damage to property etc..... That the tax payer will ultimately get the bill for.

This is meant to convince prison governors, MP's etc to embark on their own non-smoking policy in their own, more volatile, prisons, safe in the knowledge that it is easily done.

It is just another anti-smoker deception aimed at gullible officials . I hope they fall for it and I hope the inmates react the way I would expect them to. I just have sympathy with those prison warders at the sharp end of the stick who will have to deal with the fallout!Kin_Freehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08315471344708077392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-627081175329856970.post-78902575130609350882009-12-30T11:34:54.072+00:002009-12-30T11:34:54.072+00:00The other aspect is that we are constantly told th...The other aspect is that we are constantly told that smoking bans haven't harmed pubs and clubs, yet we are supposed to believe that it will deter criminals where a ban hasn't deterred pub goers.Rosshttp://fountain.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.com
