That is of course to take the provision of education away from government (like so many other things that should be) and put it into the private sector. The public sector has a long history of failure with little in the way of success. Whereas the private sector has quite the opposite. And at least in the private sector failure is quickly punished and lessons learned from it the same cannot be said for the public sector.
