After reading the same statement spouted by several politicos, I think it may have been passed by some legal representative so that they can argue they didn't lie. Perhaps they can say that until the Supreme Court established the legal definition of "biological sex" they were just confused on the meaning in the legislation.
I have no dog in this fight but I'm really enjoying the verbal gymnastics by the left-wing vermin.
