To be fair, Shelter's advice is how to exploit the law rather than break it (although I don't think <A HREF="http://www.taxresearch.org.uk/Blog/2006/10/30/tax-compliance-avoidance-and-evasion-getting-the-language-right" REL="nofollow"/>, for one, would appreciate the distinction).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
