‘Learning Lessons’. Just Not Implimenting Them – Part II

A cannabis-crazed maniac stabbed a Good Samaritan 100 times with scissors and knives as he tried to protect his elderly neighbour.

Rafiq Kashmiri, 50, launched the frenzied attack on Jon Cooper-Taylor after he rushed upstairs to help the 83-year-old woman after hearing the sound of crockery smashing in her flat.
Well, terrible and all, but how could anyone have possibly known this man posed a danger to the public…

Oh, wait:
The court heard Kashmiri was convicted of threatening his wife and children in 1996 and 1997 while living in New South Wales, Australia.

He was locked up in 2005 after walking in to a shop in Tooting, South West London, with an imitation handgun while a patient at the nearby Springfield psychiatric hospital.
So, no indicators there

Still, the might of the justice system swings into action:
Prosecutor Riel Karmy-Jones said: 'He has a lengthy history (of mental illness) due to many years of cannabis dependency and abuse….'

He has used a knife on a number of occasions. There is no sign of him giving up cannabis abuse and therefore he poses a significant risk in the future.'
Not quite accurate, Mr Karmy-Jones – ‘many years of the authorities standing idly by while he indulged in cannabis dependency and abuse’…

How long before he’s declared ‘sane’ and is roaming the streets again? I mean Kashmiri, of course.

  1. OK, He may be mad, and certainly needs locking up, but the statement, "after years of cannabis abuse" confuses me. Why mention this when tens of thousands of others who have also indulged in years of cannabis abuse
    haven't stabbed anyone to death.

  2. No dount it helps sell the 'Mail' to mention 'OMG! Reefer madness'...

I doubt this chap's problems were caused by the cannabis, though it does seem to have exacerbated them.

Personaly, I don't care why he's a masd as a badger, as long as he's locked away. Preferably along with the idiots who thought he was safe to let out the last few times...

  3. Black male, murderer of two White men states "fuck em" when asked what he'd Like to say to their families

Sadly folks, THIS is the reality of race relations in the United States today - this individual represents a very large segment of the black population. His interviewer represents another incredibly large segment of the same population - this is one of the most despicable interviews that I have ever seen, the black journalist coddles this individual, refers to him as brother, mitigates what he did by soothingly saying "I know how it is," etc... This man, James Broadnax, admits that he and his cousin intentionally targetted White men, making this a hate crime, which by the way, will never actually be filed, and when asked by the interviewer what he'd like to say to the family's of the two men he murdered answered by saying "fuck em." The interviewer did everything within his power to draw attention to this bastards so-called "hard life" growing up, a subtle insinuation that HE [Broadnax] is the victim, a victim of racism, as opposed to the two men that HE actually murdered, and thus not as responsible as Whitey for what HE did.

  4. Funnily enough, this report by Laban Tall also mentions the perpetrator's cannabis use...

"This man, James Broadnax, admits that he and his cousin intentionally targetted White men, making this a hate crime, which by the way, will never actually be filed.."

That sounds a lot like some of the cases we've had over here recently...

"The interviewer did everything within his power to draw attention to this bastards so-called "hard life" growing up.."

Yes, they never ask themselves 'How come so many other hardworking, decent people come from the exact same background yet don't commit crime?'.

Left wingers - blind to what's in front of their noses.
