Moden britten indeed. It's everywhere I'm afraid, poor spelling and grammar. For the Telegraph it could just be the excitement of all the Tory bashing going on. Just when will they give the big headlines to Mr and Mrs Balls, Jack 'I'm no accountant' Straw, Hoon the Hoon etc.
Cameron attack is "fascist" - BNPIn other words - according to a possible reading of the headline - the BNP is apparently accusing Cameron of being fascist. In this case, although "fascist" would be being used as an all-purpose term of abuse rather than an accurate description of Cameron's policies, the BNP would be correct.
