‘You Don’t Need To Know…’

The Foreign Office has been accused of handling "disgracefully" the case of a man who leapt from a hotel balcony with his two children, one of whom died.
This is a dreadful case, on all levels. But nothing’s so awful that the bumbling incompetents at the FO can’t make it worse, somehow:
The British ambassador to Greece said Mr Hogan had "absolute" privacy rights.

David Landsman also told BBC News there would be no information forthcoming about exactly when Mr Hogan would return to the UK, because of consular confidentiality.
This has worried the relatives, because he has expressed a desire to see his surviving daughter, and they’d (understandably) like a heads up that he might be out and about.

His daughter, of course, is a British citizen too, so you’d think she’d be as deserving of protection as her father…
However, Mr Chandler, Mr Hogan's former father-in-law, has said he has been infuriated because his family have not been kept informed.

Mr Chandler told the BBC the secrecy was not in the "public interest" and Mr Hogan's movements were a "matter of grave concern" for his step-daughter Natasha Visser and her family.

"There are victims here to support as well as the perpetrator," he added.
Indeed. I guess a little girl who survived a murderous attack by her own deranged father isn’t considered as much of a victim by FO staff…

  1. It shouldn't be an issue. The guy shold be banged up in some Greek prison for the next 30 years .... or dangling from a rope.

Mr Hogan's life is over, Stan. This father's moment of madness will be his enduring and torturous punishment.

  3. If he really was in his right mind now, as the Greek authorities seem to believe, wouldn't he have done the decent thing by now?

The fact that he hasn't makes me wonder just what 'enduring and torturous punishment' he's having...

Ahhh. But you miss the point lass.

SHE has done NOTHING wrong. Only the arse holes that have commited criminal offences are allowed protection under Incapability "scar face" Brown.

If you are INNOCENT you can "fuck RIGHT off!" as far as the labour mafia are concerned.

So put the selfish, snivelling shit out of his misery. If there is one thing I can't stand it's these evil bastards whose failed relationship results in them exacting revenge on their ex-partner by killing the kids.
