Dalby had a three-month affair with a man she met through a telephone dating service, the court heard.Officers no doubt smelled a rat when they realised that in order to push this land-whale, the opportunistic 'rapist' would have needed to bring along a fork-lift...
On 15 August, she had consensual sex with her lover at home in Grimsby before texting Mr Dalby to tell him she had been raped by a stranger.
David Cammies, prosecuting, said she later pretended to police that a man had followed her home, pushed her inside and attacked her in a bedroom.
Of course, the justice system treated her like a victim:
But despite wasting £3,800 of public money and showing little regard for two men arrested, she was given a ten-month suspended jail sentence after admitting perverting the course of justice.*hollow laugh*
Police expressed surprise at the sentence...They really ought to be used to it by now, surely..?
I am certain that this is a topic to test the boundaries of delicacy, JuliaM.
ReplyDeleteContinuing the theme of good taste, is it not preferable to spurn Gadget's blog than to be constantly ignored on it?
They are so desperate to get the conviction rate for rape up that they would not want to send out the message that crying "rape" can land you in gaol, perhaps ?
ReplyDeleteJuliaM
ReplyDeleteI think you can be confident that this blog will provide the necessary justification (ie those selfless servants of the public interest - high and district judges plus magistrates - are only following "sentencing guidelines") for the non-sentence on Dalby.
On a tangent.... I checked out her photos and she is a classic example of a girl just eating her way out of attractiveness. Judging from her facial structure (beneath the blubber) and colouring she could've been a 7. Put her in a pretty frock and she'd make a nice wife for someone.
ReplyDeleteBut she hit the chocolate and is a solid 2. Ugh.
Makes me sick
ReplyDeleteShe and all other people like her must die
The men in this and any other case like this receive no support, compensation or justice. They also always have a cost thrust upon them that is beyond reason.
A false allegation of rape is the parasitic nature that females are encouraged to force on us all. Harriet is to blame
Julia, you know why I am sooooooooooooo sensitive about this
Can you still fit into your wedding dress?
ReplyDeleteWhy does the DM photo need to have an "Enlarge" button?
ReplyDeleteI AM GOIMG TO HUNT THIS WOMAN DOWN AND MAKE HER PAY.
ReplyDeleteTHIS IS THE END FOR WOMEN LIKE THIS.
STOP ME.
"Continuing the theme of good taste, is it not preferable to spurn Gadget's blog than to be constantly ignored on it?"
ReplyDeleteThere are good people on Gadget's blog. As well as odd ones!
"They are so desperate to get the conviction rate for rape up..."
It's a possibility, but others have been jailed for just this offence.
"I think you can be confident that this blog will provide the necessary justification..."
Yes, it never fails, usually...
"...I checked out her photos and she is a classic example of a girl just eating her way out of attractiveness."
It would seem she has all kinds of ways of coping with her problems - very badly!
"The men in this and any other case like this receive no support, compensation or justice. They also always have a cost thrust upon them that is beyond reason."
It's why I particularly dislike the leniency - she isn't the victim here, judges!
The harpoons. Man them.
ReplyDeleteharpoons would be to humane
ReplyDeletei suggest something slow and painfull, perhaps public aswell

indeed, in fact apart from the identified male victims we all have lost, real rape victims, the public and dare i say it the parasitic, vicious, calculated whore who has been set free to hurt herself and others in the process again and again and again
hang on I missed something here. her husband forgave her?
