Blimey, That Was Quick!

2010 might be shaping up to be a bumper year for these cases. Poor, poor johnb…
Five men have been cleared of raping a woman after it emerged she had spoken online about group sex fantasies.
Ooops!

So, what was her story, then?
The 24-year-old from Liverpool claimed she was raped after visiting one of the men at his home in Bolton, after making contact on the internet.

But the trial at Preston Crown Court collapsed when computer evidence was produced showing her entertaining the prospect of group sex.

Judge Robert Brown ordered the jury to return not guilty verdicts.
No doubt an outraged ‘CiF’ column is in production somewhere, arguing that what we need to boost the rape conviction rate is jury-less and judge-less courts…

Naturally, the names of these falsely accused men are in the public domain…
They were: Kelvin Chinakwe, 26, of Brook Hey Avenue, Bolton; Olatunji Owolabi, 28, of Bradbourne Close, Great Lever; Afolabi Sanyaolu, 29, of Laburnum Road, London; Senthil Venkatachalam, 30, of Wigan Road, Deane, Bolton; and Funsho Bello, 26, of Atherstone, Rochdale.

A sixth man - Ganiyn Conteh, 32, of Abbeywood Avenue, Abbey Hey, Manchester - was formally cleared of conspiracy to rape.
….while their accuser remains anonymous:
The woman said she had agreed to visit Mr Owolabi after meeting him on MSN.

She alleged she wanted to just have sex with him, but was then raped by the others.

Judge Brown told the jury: "This case depended on the complainant's credibility.

"Not to put too fine a point on it, her credibility was shot to pieces."
The credibility of the CPS is pressing ahead with this in the first place isn’t exactly intact, is it, Judge Brown..?

Update: Thanks to Pavlov's Cat in the comments, we can all drink deep from this well of craziness...
Really? Gang rape is ok if a woman has entertained group sex fantasies? Would slitting my throat because I once had a dream that I talked about with a friend that I was being murdered be ok? Really? Would it be ok to burgle my house if I said I wondered what it would be like to be burgled?
*boggle*

  2. It's certainly a very high scoring Scrabble round, isn't it?

Still, I'm all about the diversity. In everything... ;)

  3. This would make for an excellent round of VictimHood Poker.

Player 1 gets the poor abused female rape victim.

Player 2 gets a handful of poor oppressed misunderstood Africans.

The CiF article will have to wait until this has been played out in full before deciding which of their particular prejudices to trot out.

  4. So she hooked up with a bunch of men she met on the internet for a gang bang and then went to the police the next day?

And to think that some people claim romance is dead.

Mark- It's possible that the er 'victim' is also black in which case she obviously wins.

  7. Ross, I'm disappointed in you.

The world-class VP player would play both hands simultaneoulsy ... against the white middle class judge (who allowed this travesty to happen) and the police who took her witness statement (but failed to take her seriously, thus demeaning her as a woman etc) and arrested the poor African guys (because the police are racist and have nothing better to do).

  9. Having downloaded the evidence from the CPS's servers it is clear she advocates many men on one woman for practical reasons. This is because it is a mechanical fact that she has more holes than any one man can fill at one time. Sounds a bit greedy but it is just a shame no-one bothered to put something in her mouth.

  10. "The CiF article will have to wait until this has been played out in full..."

Now, Mark, you know that's not how CiF works! Facts may be sacred, and all that, but we just can't wait for them...

"And to think that some people claim romance is dead."

    ROFL!

"I keep waiting for Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to 'friend' me on Facebook and start making similar demands, but does she? No."

    Life's just not fair sometimes...

"I guess the sex was not that good hence the report."

It really is about time some women learned that the police aren't some enforcement branch of the Advertising Standards Authority...

  14. also posted on feminazi.com was these ideas....

how can we find out if someone has been raped or not without asking them about their sex life?

this lying woman not only thought about orgies but she advertised globally that she wanted to have orgies on more than one occasion, I would say that’s asking for something and not hot chocolate before bed

i want to know her name, address and what she looks like so i can help people avoid this parasite like the plague

when she has been proven guilty of bringing about a malicious prosecution as a direct consequence of her evidence i hope they lock her up somewhere safe for a long time
