Cllr. Terry Kelly’s Rule Of Holes…

…when you’re in one, dig faster! Dig for victory defeat!

How does someone that dim remember to breathe in and out at regular intervals?

And how dim must the voters be that put a cross against his name!

Update: A Kelly fan comments that "I read your obscenely abusive comments on HP so thought I would pay you back in kind."

For the benefit of any readers who may be wondering if I’ve become a swearblogger, and have suggested at ‘Harry’s Place’ that Cllr Terry Kelly is surely the product of a ****** ****** crossed with a spavined ****** and should be taken out into the streets of Renfrewshire and ****** with a rusty spoon until his ***** glow, I haven’t. Though I did think about it briefly.

In fact, a quick glance at the page in question will show people that ‘anon’ here is clearly an even dimmer bulb than the aforementioned councillor if he thinks that amounts to ‘obscenely abusive’ comment.

The poor delicate little flower…

  1. Terry Kelly....I thought he was dead....he really should be. It is amazing to realize that sopmeone so terminally stupid and full of his own piss and importance is holding such a position and feels free to pontificate from his pinnacle of ignorance. Still that's what our form of 'democracy' is all about eh?

Why are you people such insufferable snobs?

    Is it

    a) You believe that because you have lots of money, you are cleverer than working class people like Kelly?
    b) You sincerely believe that you are “Chosen” and others are faintly subhuman?
    c) Your intellectual snobbery is to compensate for/disguise some personal inadequacy, such as extreme ugliness?

    Please advise.

  3. Specifically, you wrote on HP:

"The combination of pugnaciousness combined with dimness and tenacity reminds me of those breeds of dog renowned on certain estates – perhaps Labour really do need to reconsider the Dangerous Dogs Councillors Act after all…"

I suggest you reflect on these words - they reveal you to be a classist snob of the worst kind.

  4. You think it's a little bit unfair on dim, savage half-breed pitbulls to be compared to the good councillor, anon?

Hmm, you may have a point there, actually...

But I'm too busy lounging at my country estate, on a large pile of gold sovereigns, to do anything about it. I'll see if my butler has time later on, after tiffin, if that's ok with you?

I think Kelly proves the point himself on that one.

    And "lots of money"?

No. But then I am not a scum bag labour councillor fiddling expenses and recieving back handers for "fabvourable votes" in the chamber am I?

I think the general tenor of your comments, and phrases such as "certain estates" and "the combination of pugnaciousnous and tenacity" reveal you to be either an elitist anti-working class snob or an antigoyim racist.

Or most likely, both, since they often seem to go together.

  7. I have been visiting HP for some time now and find it deeply disturbing the way that people like you insult and character-assassinate anyone who dares to criticize Israel, calling them all without exception and without distinction stupid antisemites.

I have also noticed that some of the worst abuse is reserved for antizionist jews, who are dismissed as "asajews" and talked of as if they were traitors.

This exhibits EXACTLY the same mentality as the National Socialists who portrayed all their opponents as enemies of Germany and in particular, portrayed German opponents as "Nestbeschmutzer" who had forfeited their right to be viewed as true Germans.

In short, you are appalling snobs and racists who must be opposed at every turn.

We owe it to the Palestinians in particular who have suffered for more than 60 years as a result of Zionist racism.

  8. "...reveal you to be either an elitist anti-working class snob or an antigoyim racist."

Or someone who knows exactly what Kelly is, of course. Or did that not occur to you?

"I have been visiting HP for some time now and find it deeply disturbing..."

Thee's a name for people who can't stop doing things they don't enjoy...

"In short, you are appalling snobs and racists who must be opposed at every turn."

Yes! We must be opposed by people who leave anonymous comments. That'll show us!

"We owe it to the Palestinians in particular who have suffered for more than 60 years..."

They've dished out quite a bit of suffering to others in that time too. And mostly to their own people.

  9. Or someone who knows exactly what Kelly is, of course. Or did that not occur to you?

No it didn't because he is a councillor on a in Paisley (that's a place in Scotland, by the way) whereas you live in some pretentious North London suburb.

people who leave anonymous comments. That'll show us!

Of course I will remain anonymous. Because as the Kelly and countless other cases prove, if I revealed my identity you would not hesitate to use dishonest methods such as sock-puppetry to try to discredit me. You zionists are totally and utterly without moral principles, necessarily so because you defend the indefensible in the Middle East - the western world's one remaining openly racist state.

They've dished out quite a bit of suffering to others in that time too. And mostly to their own people.

Interesting that you use two terms when talking about the Palestinians,"they" and "their people" so that they can be either victims or villains at your rhetorical convenience. Neat semantic ploy. Let's see how it works in another context:

"The Jews abandoned their own people to their fate in 1942-45."

Not so nice now is it?

  10. When someone like Kamm criticises Noam Chomsky, his comments are full of defenders who obviously lack Chomsky's intellect. What a contrast to "Anon" who clearly outshines his hero.

  11. @Anonymong

We owe it to the Palestinians in particular who have suffered for more than 60 years as a result of Zionist racism.

Personally speaking, I owe those people nothing.

They have had billions in aid, they also have an agency from the UN all of their very own which singularly fails to deliver any improvements to the palestinian people at large.

I suggest you start pointing your ire at the UN and sundry other pro-palistinian NGOs that huff and puff but achieve fuck-all.

Oh, and if you could stop those nice cuddly palestinians from self-immolating and firing rockets/mortars into Israel on a daily basis you actually might see a change in attitude friom the Israelis.

  12. "...he is a councillor on a in Paisley ..."

I wonder what the missing word or words are?

Slum? Community work project? Mental asylum?

"...you live in some pretentious North London suburb."

    I do? Damn it!

I'm obviously in the wrong house, then. I'd better go apologisde to the owner. I do so hate it when that happens...

I wonder how it is that this computer I'm typing on, which resides in a house not actually located in North London, knew my password?

"...if I revealed my identity you would not hesitate to use dishonest methods such as sock-puppetry to try to discredit me. "

Now this is just too sad for words.

Not only are you narcissistic enough to believe that I have nothing better to do than impersonate you on the web for the purposes of discrediting you, but you actually believe that I could do a better job of that than you are doing with your own words.

    Seriously. Seek help.

  13. "When someone like Kamm criticises Noam Chomsky, his comments are full of defenders who obviously lack Chomsky's intellect. What a contrast to "Anon" who clearly outshines his hero."

Well, he believes me to be a rich, upper class Zionist from North London, so in that respect, he's certainly as accurate as his hero...

  14. Oh, and I can't really let this one slide, much as engaging you is clearly as fruitless as attempting to teach my cat quadratic equations, but:"Interesting that you use two terms when talking about the Palestinians,"they" and "their people"..."

Let's see how you opened up what you must have thought, as you furtively rubbed yourself in glee, your evident wit:

    "Why are you people such..."

    Hmmmm. One to ponder, eh?

    Yo anonymous!

You're supposed to give your real name, your address, and your phone number out before you make comments. Otherwise, you're a coward who doesn't deserve to be taken seriously. Or something.

Hey these aren't my rules, they're Terry Kelly's rules. He'd be ashamed of you.

  16. Julia, I note that it took as few as 4 comments before the Anonymous Kelly supporter fell foul of Godwin's Law.

I also note a certain articulation of words that leads me to suspect that the commenter is not Terry Kelly.

Kelly would have typed: See you Jimmy you bassa...or something equally as unintelligible.

I have had my own run in with the charming Terry Kelly in the past. I have to say that the only thing that really really disturbs me is that there are people in his ward that actually voted for him. Then again, in some constituencies there are people daft enough to vote for a sack of shit provided it had a red rossete pinned to it. Cowdenbeath & Fife readily springs to mind.

And Kelly is NOT that? You surprise me.

  18. Furor,

I do believe that I WAS insinuating that Kelly is indeed a sack of shit. A rather large sack of shit.

  19. To be fair to Kelly's constituents they voted Labour (still mad but not as mad as voting for Kelly).

Before the voting system in Scotland changed his vote was falling away in previously rock solid Labour seat.

The gossip in Paisley is that Kelly pulled some pretty nasty stunts to get his name further up the party list and bump a very well respected and surprisingly decent Labour candidate.
