Hailed as the flagship event of the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue, it is designed to raise awareness of "an often under-represented side of European culture.".
Yeah, I couldn't quite figure that out either...
Still, I'm all for 'encouraging connectivity' between hip hop artists. Especially since it seems that what hip hop artists most like to do when they get together is kill each other.
I preferred it when artists were hung in the National Gallery.

It does seem to be where so many are destined to end up. At least, in the US. here, we just have the feared and dreaded 'community punishment' instead...
