And Yet More 'Rare Cases'...

A Wigan woman who lied about being gang raped has been jailed for six months.
'Gang raped', this time.

Well, I suppose she had to do something to distinguish herself from all the other false rape complainants we've seen this year.

  1. A real rape this time. Thank god it's only white America to blame this time.

  2. BBC caption: CCTV clearly showed Hoofe had been lying about the rapes.

Blimey, one look at her face should have been enough to show she was telling porkies.

  3. Why only six months?

She should have received the same punishment the accused would have suffered, had they been guilty.

Aggravated rape carries a penalty of imprisonment of up to and including life.

4 defendants=4 x life sentence=no more nonsense from this mouth-breather for a very long time.

  4. But that accusation will still be on their records, waiting to be disected by the Vetting And Barring Agency who have declared that they will operate under the principle that "just because you were not convicted, does not mean that you did not do it".

  5. "Here's another of those Care In The Community-type stories for you to dissect."

Oh, indeed! The fact that the police apparently know who the attacker is already is a huge clue!

Funny how reality needs to smack some people repeatedly in the face to allow them to finally wake up, isn't it:"He didn’t care that I was a Malcolm X scholar. He told me to shut up, and then slapped me in the face. "

That would certainly be more just. After all, as Baned points out, this isn't going to go away for those falsely accused...

  6. A woman goes into a police station:

    "Help! I've been graped!"

"Don't you mean 'raped'?" asks the duty sergeant.

"No - I mean 'graped'. There was a bunch of them."
