I'm Guessing Compulsory Helmets...

...wouldn't have helped much?
Two men have pleaded not guilty to a burglary on a clothing superstore using heavy-duty quad bikes.

Four men took part in an early morning raid in Cardiff last December.

Two of them were killed as they made their escape along the railway tracks when their quad bike collided with a train.
I bet they are included in the figures though!

May be a tad difficult if by means of a head count?

This was a scandalous fast tracking of the judicial process, not to mention the denial of our rightful entitlement to full legal aid fees.
