There’s A Pretty Simple Solution, Surely?

Prisoners in a south Essex jail throw human waste out of windows at night because of poor sanitation, a report has claimed.
Board up the damned windows!

    Bullwood Hall prison has a swimming pool. An arty photographer says it is a pretty good one.

    Can anybody explain why we are paying for a swimming pool for them when my local school hasn't got one?

    Yep .. either board up the windows ..

    Or, if it says somewhere that convicted felons have a "right" to daylight (and I expect it does) ..

    Fit plexiglass panels on the outside .. so that the turds are bounced straight back at the turds who threw them ..
