A police officer who harassed a former lover using a series of aliases to tell him she had committed suicide has escaped going to jail.WTF..?!?
And what exactly did she deal with, in the police? You’ll never guess…
Witness liaison officer Julie Tulloch, aged 50, of Denton Road, Welling, who deals with rape cases, was yesterday given a 16-week prison sentence suspended for one year at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.Ah. It’s all becoming clear now…
Using five separate mobile phones, with one for each alias, Tulloch sent 450 text messages to John Smith and his family over a six-week period in June and July last year.Still, at least this wasn’t on work time, I presume?
On one day she sent a total of 95 texts.
Oh:
One of the mobiles she used, with which she pretended to be Detective Sergeant Arter, was a work phone to be used strictly for contacting victims of serious sexual crimes. No doubt any enterprising lawyers of convicted rapists are looking to reopen the case on the basis that the investigation is flawed, owing to
Tulloch, who is based at the Sapphire Unit at Sidcup police station, pleaded guilty to one charge of harassment. The defence tries her best:
As well as the suspended sentence, Tulloch was given a three month curfew to run from 11pm to 6am and a restraining order not to contact the Smith family.
Katrina Orme, mitigating, said her client "will inevitably lose her job" when she faces a conduct committee hearing.Makes you wonder just why she strove to attain it, doesn’t it?
Miss Orme said: "It's a job she loved and strove to attain and she will lose it."
Hugging a radiator is very boring and alternate activities must be found during overtime, if solely to occupy idle hands.
ReplyDeletePlease tell us how you keep warm and occupied on a cold night shift, Chief Superintendent Trotman.
Wow, that really is one bunny-boiling lunatic!
ReplyDeleteHow could this possibly have ended well?
Your headline says it all Julia; this officer worked in the 'Sapphire Unit' ie the updated, PC version of the old 'Vice Squad'.
ReplyDeleteThe Met Police's HR Dept have obviously been hard at work getting the right officers in the right jobs here !
and they say that false allegations of rape are never based in revenge, I can imagine it now.....'sounds like you had a bit too much too drink love and can't realy remember what happened, I can imagine how you felt when you woke up in the morning, don't worry its not your fault, he's obviously an 'orrible man so if we say this.......sign here please, oh and on the way out the door collect your compensation cheque and have a nice holiday on us'
ReplyDeleteas for bieng an out of the ordinary bunny boiler some of the plots hatched by otherwise normal women for revenge pail into incifnifcance compared to numerous random txt messages. most men know how to switch thier phone off or just change thier number. What's her name GaGa even sings about it, and the only reason she gets so many messages is cus her number is on the wall of the gents in our local nightclub
ReplyDeletethis female revenge thing always seems to be for the silliest things, he never puts the toilet seat down, doesn't do the washing up, leaves his socks lying around. how does that qualify a man for bieng falsely accused of rape or finding one day that he will never see his children again, or at least until thier 16 and has his life's work in bricks and morter 'reposesed' and not by the bank? Maybe fucking the girl next door is beyond forgivness but common girls lets have some scale please.
ReplyDeletemaybe it is because crazy bitches like the one in this piece find themselves in a position to encourage the others on and suggest that a simple allegation is just the ticket?
ReplyDeleteOh Harriet you chose your pixies soooooooooooo well! If you have a son I hope he meets one.
ReplyDelete"The Met Police's HR Dept have obviously been hard at work getting the right officers in the right jobs here !"
ReplyDeleteIndeed!
"Oh Harriet you chose your pixies soooooooooooo well! If you have a son I hope he meets one."
I think the delight at that is somewhat cancelled out by the thought of Harriet making the beast with two backs.
Maybe she'd reproduce asexually?
yep, and on second thoughts i wouldn't wish that kind of revenge on anyone.
ReplyDeletestrange isn't it that women like this, i feel i should point out some, a few are not, don't seem to save thier vengfull hatred for men. when women fight women it is dirty. infanticed is often carried out by women but i suppose that has something to do with the preponderance for women bieng in physical charge of a childs well bieng. Greek gods used clubs and sticks and thumpy things. godesess, snakes, poison and other visious, sneaky and painfull methods of killing. clearly men do horrible things, perhaps just even as much or even more than women but its the method that differes.
