Good luck to her too ..
ReplyDeleteShe demonstrates the kind of spirit which has been deliberately & relentlessly crushed out of too many in our country ..
I'll second (or third) that.
ReplyDeleteA fine antidote to the professional whiners and special pleaders that now blight the life of this once great country.
Go Daphne !
It's a shame such courage and dedication doesn't rub off. There's six hundred or so individuals in Westminster who would benefit.
ReplyDeleteGood luck, Daphne.
The Marathon is actually more a distance than a discipline. You can crawl it on your hands and knees if you so wish.
ReplyDeleteThe task is simply to get to the finish. Good luck to the lady.
I hope this intrepid lady managed to complete the course, without suffering any personal injury ..
ReplyDeleteHer "can-do, will-do" attitude to life should be an inspiration to all ..
She has my respect ..
"She demonstrates the kind of spirit which has been deliberately & relentlessly crushed out of too many in our country .."
