Speaking to Hartley's family after the verdict, Notts deputy coroner Martin Gotheridge said: "They know their son was killed by a murderer, but it appears the opportunity was provided as a result of failures in the prison. "…and that’s by their son doing something to put himself in prison in the first place!
Parents! Prison is full of bad people – your offspring’s safety chances will be much improved by not committing crimes and so not going there.
That's too logical - that will never do these days.
