I too, like SadButMadLad, was puzzled by the instructions; faffing about with a microwave before heating in a conventional oven, so I missed the errant apostrophe.
Anyway, to quote the sage of Springfield : Mmmm ... Nachos' :)
Your scorn is focused on a grocer's''''' (!) apostrophe ?
Mine is focused on the idiots not knowing how to sprinkle cheese on anything and heat it up without excruciatingly...and embarrassingly...detailed instructions.
My son's first "cookery" lesson at secondary school and he asks me the night before for a slice of bread and a tin of beans.
"What is your teacher taking an hour to teach you to cook ?" says I, "beans on toast ?!"
looks fine from this angle, what's your beef with it?
ReplyDeleteGrocer's apostrophe!
ReplyDeletePossibly Grocers' apostrophe. ;)
ReplyDeleteI was looking at the wrong level. I was thinking that there was a mixup in the instructions rather than a lower level of detail.
ReplyDeleteMissed the errant apotrophe but was thinking - why would you microwave first, then use the oven?

No, you cook the nachos and cheese separately from the chilli.
ReplyDeleteCurmudgeon has obviously bought nachos from Asda before... ;)
ReplyDeleteSprinkle the nacho's what with what?

"Yes."
