Tell Me Again How The Police Should 'Do More About Domestic Violence'...

An unhappy wife spent the early hours of Valentine's Day driving her husband home from hospital after police "dropped him off in a park with a tent".
Gary Tennant, of Erith Street, Dover, said he was forced to camp in Elms Vale Park because officers could not take him home due to bail conditions.
 Eh..?
The 49-year-old had been arrested in relation to an alleged assault on his wife on February 12, but charges against him were later dropped.
 Ah. The penny drops.
His unemployed wife Tanya, 38, who has been his full-time carer since they wed a year ago, told the Express: "He doesn't know how to put it up (Ed: Relax! She means the tent...). But he had nowhere else to go. His family didn't want to help."
But now you've kissed and made up... Oh, excuse me a moment.

*heaves*

..right, where were we? Oh, yes.

Now it's all the fault of the police that they didn't book him into the Hilton until you'd realised you luvs 'im after all?

  1. 49, 38, surely some mistake? They can't be long for this world and wouldn't be looking in great shape if they were 30 years older!

    49 & 38 ..???? I don't bloody think so!

I'm 49 and if I look anything like that my specs must be VERY rose tinted

He looks like a night in the Park might be just the thing he needs though, a bit of fresh air and all that.

  3. The emphysema sufferer, who smokes up to 15 roll-ups a day,

Well that's REALLY going to help his condition.

  5. I assume that 'full time carer' comes with some kind of financial reward even tho the ejeet is still chugging away on the tabs. Hmm...

    I guess the fabled Elixir Of Youth isn't 15 roll-ups a day? ;0

"Well that's REALLY going to help his condition."

Quite! I guess he couldn't find a way to blame that on the cops too...

"I assume that 'full time carer' comes with some kind of financial reward.."

    Undoubtedly!
