And Justice Is Not Done….Again!

A woman who falsely accused two strangers of raping her in a bid to win back her boyfriend has escaped jail.
*sighs*
Attridge … spent three days trawling social networking sites so she could hand over profiles of the men she claimed were responsible to police.
The two men were detained, questioned and had to undergo forensic and medical examinations because of her claims.
Her boyfriend is scathing, which the feminist whackjobs will no doubt put down to 'male solidarity' or some such rubbish.
Yesterday, her former partner Nick Smith, 32, said she had put the lives of the two random men she pinpointed as rapists through hell.
They didn’t deserve that, no one deserves that. These poor guys were tormented. They won’t get any compensation for this.’
Maybe they'd have preferred justice?
Police refused to comment on the case yesterday.
Well, I suppose that makes a nice change from the usual boilerplate about how these cases make things worse for real rape victims...

It's pretty easy to stop this from happening. Make the penalty for filing a false claim of rape the same as the penalty for rape. After a couple of women are sent off to the stony lonesome the rest will get the message and the problem ends.

    Indeed... :(

Sadly, it would then either be watered down by the CPS, or other charges would be used instead in a 'plea bargain'
