Seems Pretty Able-Bodied To Me…

Kristian Cavanagh, defending Frank Carberry, said his client accepted the inevitability of an immediate custodial sentence. He asked the magistrates to take into account his clients ill health.
"He suffers from diabetes, arthritis and glaucoma and as a result is registered disabled," said Mr Cavanagh.
Which, strangely enough, didn’t stop him assaulting three able-bodied men with a stick and threatening them with a knife.

But I bet it stops him working...

Nor did pregnancy, offered as mitigation for not turning up to court, prevent his daughter from helping poor old dad hand out a beating:
Krystal Savoie, defending Nekole (sic!) Carberry, 27, of Wallace Gate, Bishopbriggs, said she was five and a half months pregnant.
A pre-sentence report described her as vulnerable and raised concerns about the effect of a custodial sentence would have on her.
It worked. She got a suspended sentence…

I wonder what would have happened if the three wusses (three! For Christs sake, were they all 4 foot tall?) had fronted up and kicked the shit out of them?
I bet it would have been " Oh this poor disabled man and preggie daughter, the brutes!"
Justice is increasingly becoming a foreign concept in this country.

    While I'm on!
Stables, so pitchforks, spades, whips and chains possibly, lumps of wood certainly. One of our poor victims a former copper, so should have had a bit of jam to him.
My GRANNY had more vim to her than these useless buggers.

  3. Please incentivise sterilisation: eg appear on Jeremy Kyle if you prevent any further contamination of the gene pool with your chav spawn.

  4. First question on every IQ test should be "have you ever accidentaly seen more than 30 seconds of his programme?" THAT should carry the death sentence!

A "yes" is an immediate fail, regardless if you go on to prove an IQ higher than Einstein.
