This is the third occasion Dave has had dogs break into his farm in the four years they have been open, and has court conditions imposed on a neighbour to control their dogs. There's no indication that these dogs came from the neighbour in the story, but if they did, it rather shows the worth of these 'court conditions', doesn't it?
I thought most dogs nowadays were chipped, which would at least make suing the owner easier. Perhaps now that the dogs are coming home in bags, said owner will take a bit more care.

ReplyDeleteThis sort of thing happens when people from urban areas go to live in the countryside, and think that they can let their dogs wander freely. Said dogs get into the habit of hunting pretty much anything they fancy, and end up shot dead by farmers for worrying livestock.
"I thought most dogs nowadays were chipped..."
ReplyDeleteNope, most chavdogs will gave only seen a chip if it came from KFC.
