Reasons Why I Love Twitter Part 357...

...which is, I think, approximately the number of pounds in weight of this protester at yesterday's 'Day of Action' by the great unwashed.

  1. The "arguments" used in the comments to are specious to say the least. How very dare Vodaphone act in an entirely lawful manner and not hand over more money than they need to. I will put good money down that none of these "protesters" have exercised their right to make voluntary additional contributions to the Inland Revenue. As ever, we see the false equivalence between Tax Avoidance (legal) to Evasion (Illegal). Many of us avoid taxes (I do not smoke so "avoid" tobacco duty)do these fools expect me to pony up my hard earned cash anyway?

When one's taxpayer funded lifestyle is threatened by someone not paying excess tax one is moved to shift one's lard plated arse and exercise one's right to remain a lazy bastard in perpetuity by bullying law abiding, profitable businesses into coughing up more cash by making a complete blubbertastic spectacle of one's self in public, innit.
