"He may merely be castrated..."

Sadly, they aren't talking about the right animal:
Arundel has already admitted being the owner of a dog which caused injury while dangerously out of control in a public place. He is also awaiting sentence for burgling a shed.
The judge, Recorder Jamie Hill QC, bailed Arundel until he is sentenced on October 17.
He said: “Although I can’t rule out a custodial sentence at this stage, I’ve got a completely open mind about this.”

  1. In the good old days, psychiatric in-patients were frequently prescribed fertility inhibitors. During these exciting progressive times the care in the community patients' human rights trump pragma. Castration, as such, may be a tad brutal but we do have chemical alternatives. Nice, cosy thoughts to accompany a pint. Who decides the categories of behaviour which result in treatment? Voting UKIP right now would do it if the BBC gets to decide.
