Is It Me, Or...?

Maybe it is me. Maybe this makes sense to other people.

  1. Not much of what judges and the like do these days make much sense. The reason is that the judiciary that is supposed to be a separate, independent and impartial arm of the government has been infiltrated by progressives and has become politicised. The result is that the Judiciary does not pronounce judgements based on what the majority view of a fair an just society but on their minority progressive view of how a society should behave and act.

  2. Isn't it interesting that you never hear or read of a Judge's daughter being recruited by Muslim sex gangs, that you never read of a Judge being mugged, his car stolen, or his house burgled. The only time he comes into contact with people like this, he is sat safely far away from them with Police or security staff in attendance. Perhaps if they experienced life in the real world instead of their North London gated enclaves, their interpretation of the law may change.

  3. I kinda makes sense in terms of the inversion of the English common law based on Christian Judeo morality, which demands protection of the innocent but allows the punishment of the guilty.

It is a symptom of the inversion, as are so many of the cases you dutifully note.

    So sadly true!

"Perhaps if they experienced life in the real world instead of their North London gated enclaves, their interpretation of the law may change."

I fear the rot has gone too far even for that.

"...the inversion of the English common law based on Christian Judeo morality, which demands protection of the innocent but allows the punishment of the guilty. "

'Protection' of the innocent here seemingly meaning protection from a chance that may not help him, but could assist other unfortunate children one day.
