"Why, they don't even understand how
important gender issues are!"
Congratulations, Bas. In a
very tough field, you've come across as a prize example of why the UK public are now looking at senior officers with even more thinly veiled contempt than usual.
Pretty soon, the veil is going to drop completely.
He appears to have deleted said tweet, presuymably being thick enough to believe that it will hide his stupidity.

ReplyDeleteThis is no time to be out having fun on the streets with all the other plod, Jaded. You need to hammer away at that keyboard, girl. Just tell the World that each and every critic has an 'axe to grind' or somehow managed to post criticism from a mental institution.
You know that the old, tried and tested ways work best.
populus vult.
So that is his defence then? If you look really carefully you can infer some sexism that isn't really there. How about addressing the actual criticism of you and your bunch of worthless goons.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile I have been out on the, very quiet, roads of East Yorkshire and spotted a speed camera van. Good to know that our local police have their priorities straight.
Latin quote Melvin? Your utter pomposity makes criticism easy.
ReplyDeleteYes I'm still working as normal whilst you sit at the staring window waiting for a working class pleb to deliver your essentials so you can sneer at his low standard of education.

Stonyground. It's worse in London. There the police seem to be ignoring the Mohammedans who are ignoring social distancing guidance and still playing 'hate crime' witchfinder general. ReplyDeleteIn this time of crisis the Met see Covid-19 related "hate crime" as a major priority:

Crime doesn't pay.
ReplyDeleteJust returned from Sainbury's Shorehead store with my essentials, Julia. And do you know what else I bought? I'll tell you what I bought - a hollow Cadbury's milk chocolate Easter egg with three bars of milk chocolate, a Maltesers mini bunny, some yummy Lindt Gold Milk chocolate caramels and a packet of 10 Bic blue pens, that's what.
Yes, I know the Bic purchase was over the top; tempting providence and all...but being completely out of ink it was Hobson's choice to gamble on getting all this booty past the Stasi cordon for at least one game of KenKen with an accompanying and very guilty, sugar hit.
This officer is the brother of the ex-chancellor. He was parachuted into the Met from West Mids in a senior rank, destined for higher things. He is fully expected to play the politically correct game.

I heard the Chief Constable of Derbyshire on the radio this afternoon trying to justify his forces actions. These bozos just don't get it, do they?

Got to pay for all that riot equipment they are going to need soon somehow...

ReplyDeleteGAH!
"This officer is the brother of the ex-chancellor. He was parachuted into the Met from West Mids in a senior rank, destined for higher things."
I thought the name sounded familiar. What a moron.
"These bozos just don't get it, do they?"
They think they have the whip hand. And they are showing us why they must never again be allowed to think they have it...
