Left Hand, Do You Know What Right Hand's Up To...?

Left Hand: "Sure, the same as me, making sure everyone's muzzled in shops! Right..?"

Right Hand: "Errr..."

  1. Boris should have listened to Michael Gove. I think you are still going to get the busybody's that will question and heckle those that don't wear a mask. In the run up to Friday it needs to be on national television to not question people who are not wearing a mask. At least the mentally ill and disabled can then tell busybody's to mind their own business.

  2. An easy get-out for flouters. Anyone who claims to be exempt from wearing a mask (or wearing it properly so that nostrils and mouth are effectively covered) should given the option of wearing a noseclip and displaying a valid exemption, stapled to the upper lip.

I'm awaiting my laminated exemption card which I will happily show to the gatekeeper but then hide, ready to brandish at any sanctimonious finger pointer.
As an aside I had a daily after School job with W.H.Smith & Sons. Each day at 17
25 I stood by the door not letting anybody else in. Oh the aphrodisiac of Power!

  4. Phone the police if you like, if they are anything like ours you will be given a crime number but only if you insist. Reports of crime that need a number to be issued pushes up the crime figures and spoils the fiction crime is going down so if you don't insist you won't get a number and it never happened.

Yup! Already seen one Karen harassing a disabled woman. There'll be more.

It seems - anecdotally - you won't need it in shops - no staff challenging. It's the public you've got to watch out for!

"...so if you don't insist you won't get a number and it never happened."

The theory of government in a nutshell!
