Disingenuous Statement Of The Month

And it comes from a normally fair police Tweeter, too:

I wasn't about to let this one pass me by....

I can't help but feel like some people are so used to being unquestioned in their role that when they are, the excuses are even lamer than 'But miss, the dog ate my homework..'.

  1. Before one could discuss this issue rationally, one would need to know in each case exactly what words were said, by whom, to whom, and in what context. If you do that you might get some comments.

Do you mean the words projected on our Parliament? Or the words whispered into a top cop's ear
by imams? Be a bit more concise.

  3. It's not what I mean, it's what *you* mean, which isn't clear from your post. If by the "call to genocide" remark you are referring to the "from the river to the sea" slogan, then say so explicitly and it can be discussed.

However I have no idea what you mean by 'the words whispered into a top cop's ear by imams'. You'd have to explain that one from scratch.

  4. Ah yes, the whole "speech is violence - when it comes from the "mythical far right" (henceforth to be cited, courtesy of Underdog, as the MFR), but violence is merely speech when it comes from the far left or its favoured brownshirts" thing.

I 'do' so love spiro's usual leftist response to anything 'uncomfortable'. If you can't argue the facts, argue the phrasing of the question or some irrelevant unrelated 'nuance' (failing that of course you resort to wildly inaccurate strawman 'discussions', when even that fails they resort to insult and threats - so we'll wait for the progression, popcorn in hand, with baited breath).

Yeah, that's why I've decided he can talk to himself in future. Interacting with him is a waste of time.
