Woman is killed after veering onto the opposite side of the road and straight into a stationary double-decker bus'
Police have appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage to work out how the collision happened.
Blimey, it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes, does it, fellers?
The British papers are so safe. I remember reading French local newspapers some years ago - they would describe every detail of a prang down to who they saw as the offending party!

DeleteIt's what newspapers don't tell you that irritates me. Read the same story in three different papers, and you'll probably get three different versions.
ReplyDeleteI'm reminded of the story of a lad from Liverpool visiting Manchester, and prevented an XL Bully savaging the owner's young daughter. When the reporter discovered where he came from, the headline readead, "SCOUSER KILLS FAMILY PET".
