I Wonder...

...if the cost of designing, printing and distributing the booklet itself is going to be included?
Residents will be able to scrutinise how their local health trust spends its money with the launch of a new information booklet.

NHS South West Essex is publishing a comprehensive guide to community health services for 2010.

The primary care trust is sending the guide to every household in south west Essex.

    Same with the glossy 'Kent Police News' mini-mag that comes round twice a year at least. What a waste of money! There's probably a target being reached and several boxes ticked by doing this though - and in several languages INCLUDING Welsh DOH!

    I take it then that the idea sticking it on the web and only distributing to local libraries (if there are any left) obviously didn't occur to them...
