I've definitely got my head screwed on wrong as I've never felt the need to sue when I've fallen off my bike because I've not been paying attention.Now, if she was complaining the state of the roads and how much she had to spend (money/time) getting her wheels sorted then I'd have sympathy.
I think I'm going to walk into a wall and break my other arm, then complain that the council didn't put uip warning signs and florescent tape...
