Why Are The CPS Institutionally Incompetent..?

Bako, from Oldham, Greater Manchester was initially charged with child destruction but ahead of his trial pleaded guilty to an alternative charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Really..?
Miss Helen Veitch added: "A witness described how he swung his arm and punched her in the stomach – very low in the stomach.
''He repeatedly punched in the same area whilst still had his arm around her neck.' She said 'he hit her like a boxer.' She also said it seemed like a targeted strike and that the victim could not move. The witness says she still thinks about how strange it was that he got that low.
''She described the scream omitted by the victim. Another independent witness heard a clapping sound and said such a blow was delivered to him he felt it would have floored him."
Well, it's not for want of witnesses that they couldn't pursue the charge, so the only answer left is laziness...

  1. It is NOT "laziness" at all. It is the crap CPR going for a charge they KNOW will get through court, and get them a wonderfull new shiny tick in one of their boxes.

  5. I went to Prague back In the 1980s, even then I was surprised to see so many black and subcontinentals. Such vile scum have wormed their way in everywhere, except China perhaps. This creature should be exterminated like the vermin he is.

  6. CPS are under pressure to attain a certain percentage of guilty decisions while sticking to a budget. Any defence brief knows this and state that their client will plead guilty to a lesser charge but not guilty to the original charge causing a massively expensive trial. The CPS usually agree to this and are happy making their figures and budget demands; the defence brief is happy because their client will receive a lower sentence; the offender is happy because they committed a major crime and received a (comparatively) minor punishment. The only person not happy is usually the victim and they don't really count in today's criminal justice system.
