OK, I had to watch "Madagascar" (TV Version) with my kids and that is either King Julien or some other Ring Tailed Lemur.
It's a raccoon. The poor buggers aren't allowed to put a c in front of a double o, which precedes an n. The PC Checker keeps changing it to raconteur, journalists know nothing of that.5759
