“These incidents are extremely rare and it is the first time in Northamptonshire that someone has been charged with this offence.
“It took some careful consideration from experts within CPS to come up with the final decision which, ultimately, sends out a clear message to the owners of these dogs.”.
…that all the
other horrific news reports about
dangerous dog maulings and deaths hasn’t taught them?

ReplyDeleteNorthamptonshire Police has made considerable changes to procedures and implemented new policy since this tragic event and, as such, no organisational learning was identified by the IPCC.

Surely that's just the same sort of nonsense boilerplate they tack on to everything!
