The Barbed Wire Fence Wasn't A Clue Then..?

Vanessa Newman, 51, was walking her dogs Dolly and Coco in a field near her home in Newhaven when she stopped to feed some carrots to the horses.
A horse pushed her aside and trampled on six-year-old miniature schnauzer Dolly and her three-year-old chihuahua cross Coco. Dolly broke her neck in the attack and later died.
It makes a change from the other way around...
She said: “I have never stopped to feed the horses before with the dogs.”
Really? What stopped you?
“I grabbed them both and got to the fence and lifted them both carefully over. Then I climbed over the barbed wire fence myself.”
Ah. Maybe that?
I blame myself. But I don’t think aggressive horses should be kept in fields which the public can walk through.”
'Can walk through' only after they've crossed the fence designed to keep them out?

In case you were wondering....

Well, it IS Brighton!

People who feed farm animals without the permission of the owner should be trampled to death themselves.

Murdered one of her babies? Something must be done immediately. The National Nootropics Bank will support the many dog owners who are in need of a free intelligence boost. And couldn't livestock owners be a little more considerate? A Fence Demon, provided every 50 yards, saves trespassers from the embarrassment of fabric snags; or the necessity to throw one of their mutts onto the barbed wire so that an owner can scale the fence commando style. Here'so a tip - whenevr you feel the urge to feed neighbourhood dogs, always take an inflatable ladder to scale walls and fences. It's cumbersome to climb ladders in steel-capped boots but the latter are pretty persuasive when it comes to encouraging strange dogs to eat dry bread crusts. Hope this helps....

The two dogs were both treated at the PDSA in Patcham. Vanessa had to fundraise to raise enough to pay for treatment and has so far raised £675.

Thank you the Argus Warbler ...for a minute there I thought I was not going to get my daily piss-boil moment.

WHY WOULD ANYONE KEEP 2 RATS when they can't afford to have them insured/treated?!?! But hey, that's what the cloud is for...

Another space cadet with pink hair and a nose ring...at 51??? These people never really grow up do they and when they realise the world is full of horrible people (or horses) they get upset and go running off to get attention.

Farmer who owns Vanessa "septum ring" Newman needs a higher fence to stop his livestock escaping.

Wasn't this suspected to be how the last F&M (or swine fever) outbreak started? Some idiot fed a pig a ham sandwich?

It can always be counted upon. Why, it's almost a public service... ;)
