But he added: '[The report] correctly points out that the demands on the police service have increased at a time when our resources have fallen.'And whose fault is that? Maybe you could use them a bit more wisely?
'We are dealing with a perfect storm of increased reports of non-recent abuse, ever growing online offences and the challenges of familial abuse.'That's because you've encouraged all of these, either by excessive action in the former, or lack of action in the latter.
