You could use them as educational tools to teach your little ones the difference between an African and an Indian elephant and the difference between an alligator and a crocodile. From the picture that does appear to be a crocodile anyway. Stonyground.

My Granddaughter was bought a set of farm animals that contain a kangaroo and a Parasaurolophus
Schleich models are usually pretty accurate, I think the error here is Amazon's.
