Our Laws Are Toothless Because The Judges Remove The Teeth…

…when the CPS applied for the replacement for ASBOs, a criminal behaviour order, to be made against him, district judge Adrian Lower disagreed, saying the new type of order wouldn't help Wassell to stop offending.
"The fact is, I am afraid, Wassell will change when he wants to change," he said. "If he doesn't want to change, it is very likely he will simply carry on in the way he has carried on."
Wassell called out: "You are a very wise man, you are."
*sighs*
It was one of a series of interventions by Wassell, 40, which led the judge to expel him from court and to continue hearing the case in his absence.
Perhaps now he regrets his magnanimous gesture? Perhaps now he realises what the other law authorities & the public have to put up with?
For Wassell, Liam Hassan said: "I fully concede he is a nuisance in the town centre and historically has been."
Wassell was jobless, homeless, a street drinker addicted to alcohol and had a personality disorder.
He needed a multi-agency approach to solving his many needs, which he was starting to get.
Personally, I think it’s not so much a ‘multi-agency approach’ that’s needed, as a bullet to the back of the head.

I have to agree. A round to the back of the noggin would solve the ills of society locally and would assuredly give Mr Wassell blessed relief. Perhaps the local pharmacy should prescribe well endowed citizens, such as myself, with silenced Mausers. I am more than happy to 'pick orf' anyone I deem substanded. To be frank, the parameters would be subject to caprice. But be assured, gypos and those swarthily complected will be sent to certain doom.

When did being a twat become a 'need' that has to be solved?

If policing this type of disorder were to be local, with running tallies of an individual's cost to the local tax payers, coupled with extreme sentencing, could we have a go at public stoning? Just saying, like.

He needs to join a "religion", he has the right skills for work in some abattoirs.

I've been thinking. It's not that we are toothless. Just look at anyone who hasn't paid their tax bill. It is that we have become vegan. We just ain't biting.

A nice wooden chair, with pretty metal bits wired into the mains supply, and HIM as the fuse.

And the same for Wassell as well as the Judge.
