The Laws Of Physics – Not To Be Ignored

The sports car, which was suspected of being stolen, smashed into a fish and chip shop at high speed and burst into flames.

Police pulled one man from the burning wreckage but he died within minutes. His three companions were already dead.
It seems they had the misfortune to hit the building at the exact site of the gas pipe. Oh, dear, so sad…

Well, actually, it is sad for the poor guy who owns the shop, but four scumbags out of the equation due to their own carelessness? Result!
Reports suggest that the Subaru was being chased by a police van through Bradford in the early hours when it careered off the road.

Other police cars had formed a slow-moving road block in an attempt to stop the vehicle.
Lesson: No matter how good you think you are at driving at speed, the police are better, and there’s more of ‘em.

Naturally, some people see this as more of an opportunity than a learning experience:
The incident took place in Killinghall Road which is in a predominantly Asian area of Bradford.

Mohammed Shafiq, a local councillor, said: 'This is a tragic incident and I offer my heartfelt sympathies to the families and loved ones who have been affected by this.

'I ask that the police liaise with me so I can offer local people information to keep them calm and prevent any tensions building against the police.'
Why, exactly, should the police ‘liaise with you’ so you can ‘keep the people calm’…? On your bike, you puffed up little toad!
He said there had been a number of violent incidents on Killinghall Road arising out of a drug war between two families.

He added: 'There has been a couple of police chases here in this area lately but police say it's our perception and not a fact.

'There will be many questions that will need to be answered.'
One I’d like answered is exactly who the hell you think you are, and what country you think you’re in?

what is it about Subaru drivers, whether the legal owner/keeper or not?

result indeed - although you can see how the press reports are keen to use the word CHASE and POLICE together implying that it was plod's fault and not the scumbag thieves.

With regard to this tribal elder (self appointed) the police should tell these people to 'Eff Off', yet local policing is full of such hazards, nearly every incident involving a non-white person has to be referred (almost in the first instance) to the relevant local Advisory Group member. You then have 'Gold Groups' set up which have the investigating officers, the local police commander and a selection of these puffed up busybodies. You have to pity the IO's sometimes. They've a job to do and they have their boss and then 'the comunity' breathing down their necks. Pitiful at times.

Great post as ever!

Ah, the Sunday Driver Technique. Good thinking.

It's lucky the crims died because otherwise they'd have to live with the stain on their reputations of losing a chase to the police in just a van. That wouldn't've gone down too well in the criminal fraternity.

Shame the chippy got wrecked though. Mind you, it won't've been a proper chippy, I wouldn't've thought.

Ah, Bradford. What a hopeless, hopeless shithole. Not too far from me either. Thankfully my county was so big, they divided it up, and I no longer have to share it with the likes of Bradford.

I think the road name — Killing'all (excuse my Sarf Lundon accent) — is appropriate if it has that track record...

Headline: Four went into Chip Shop and had Fry Up.

Did you see it was called the Killinghall chippie too? Sorry if my grief fails to come across.

It's odd that their names haven't been released. Though when I hear the word 'community' I get a sinking feeling.

What an appalling waste of resources!

"Great post as ever!"

Cheers! ;)

Indeed. One hopes they managed to pass their poor driving skills and unfounded faith in their own abilities to the next generation of worthless wastes of skin before they departed...

Heh! :)

Exactly my thoughts. When 'Darren' and 'Jason' take an unscheduled turn off the A13 at 2:40am and meet a tree they didn't see through the beer goggles, their names are usually in the morning paper, afternoon if there's been a lot on.

We still don't know who these four were.

W Yorks police have published details on their website, including pictures of the youths: perhaps these ID shots were already on police file?

That's not what I was expecting to see, I think it's safe to say...!

So, why all the guff from the rentamouth about 'keeping the people calm'?

And yes, they do look a little like police photographs, don't they?
