Both fish are females and more than three feet long. They appear to have distinctive human noses, eyes and lips.
So does Harriet Harman…
"My fish have been getting more and more human for the past couple of years," the owner said.
He added that he knows of other fish with similar features, and as they are both females it will be impossible for them to breed and have fish-faced offspring.
Don’t be such a quitter! Ship ‘em over here, they can probably
get it on the NHS….

No - these fish aren't getting more human each year.
But since people grow like their dogs, and that's not possible in Korea for culinary reasons, then maybe people there grow to look like their fish?
If anything, the fish looks like a baby Predator waiting for its new stealth camouflage armour and a first trip to some exciting place on Earth with a warm climate and where violence, decapitation and cannibalism might not be noticed - Gaza, perhaps: or a Club 18-30 resort?...
