In The Immortal Words Of Queen....

"Another one bites the dust... " Met Police DEI hire, that is.

A Metropolitan Police officer has been sacked for posting offensive tweets about Jewish people and non-Muslims. Pc Ruby Begum was found to have committed gross misconduct after she admitted to posting discriminatory language such as 'dirty Zionists. Hell is waiting' while serving as a special constable.
The 29-year-old also admitted using the term 'kuffar' to refer to non-believers, using a shortened version of Pakistani, and making controversial comments about the September 11 2001 terror attacks.

Whoops! Do they do no due diligence at all?

Ms Begum denied gross misconduct and said her comments - which she agreed could be deemed discriminatory - amounted to simple misconduct and a final warning would be a sufficient outcome.

But the panel disagreed, thankfully.

But the panel said they found her posts 'appalling', 'derogatory' and 'abusive' and told the defendant her actions amounted to gross misconduct and dismissed her without notice.

The list of wrong 'uns employed simply to tick a box gets longer and longer...

She became the poster girl for the Met as she wore a hijab on duty. Senior officers were falling over themselves to kiss her arse. I suspect a few of them are experiencing buyers regret today but I also suspect that more of them are so shameless that they don't care.
As I've said before-no matter how westernised they are-they are always muslims first second and last.

As a Special Constable, who is not paid for their voluntary work, this racist bigot will have suffered no financial loss. In fact, her actions will probably increase her credibility and standing in the tunnel visioned community she is a part of, so not really a punishment at all.
The cynical, ex Police, side of me wonders what information she has possibly gleaned from Police computers to pass on to the jihadists?

I'm afraid Penseivat that she was a full Constable. She started as a Special but then joined full time

Being a criminal doesn't seem to be a barrier to being a copper - https://www.met.police.uk/foi-ai/metropolitan-police/disclosure-2023/may-2023/serving-police-officers-criminal-convictions/
I think Crimebodge did a video on what some of these crimes were - sadly I can't find it anymore.

Maybe picking 'poster girls' is too difficult for the Met PR Team these days?

"As a Special Constable, who is not paid for their voluntary work, this racist bigot will have suffered no financial loss."

Not so!

"She started as a Special but then joined full time"

Was persuaded to, for the optics?

"Being a criminal doesn't seem to be a barrier to being a copper "

Or to anything else, these days!
