I confess, it took me many, many views to spot the typo.
It would have taken me just as long, but I do a lot of proof-reading for colleagues in my day job, and there are some often-made typos that you learn to look out for. This is one. Public/pubic is another!
As in they should call it Pubic Transport because it's bollocks.
Alternatively he could have prayed on his victims, then they could claim to be atheist, and demand com-pen-say-shun...
