The Parade Of The Incorrigibles Pt III

Why, look! It's Aisha Delaney, again! I didn't think we'd seen the last of her:
Aisha Delaney, described by detectives as "demonic", has been given an Asbo preventing her coming within ten metres of Thornton Court, west Hull.
Effectively making her homeless, I assume?
Judge Buxton told her: "You are beyond redemption and it is impossible for you to lead the sort of life that would allow you to cohabit normally and regularly with other neighbours."
So, where's she going to live? Who's going to have to put up with her now?
The council originally applied for the order last October. The case was adjourned to give Delaney time to find legal representation but she appeared in court with no lawyer.

She denied terrorising residents at Thornton Court and blamed the rest of her family.

She said: "Why am I getting all the blame for this when it is all my family?"
There's more of 'em? 'Kinell!
Granting the Asbo, Judge Buxton said: "Aisha Delaney has been nothing but trouble to all those with whom she has come into contact. She has no respect for other people.

"The report she has given me is a tissue of lies.

"I said I was sorry for her. In one sense, I am sorry for her because it isn't just other people's lives she's continued to destroy, it is her own.

"Other people can be protected, but I cannot protect her from herself."
You can't even protect other people! Look how long this has taken...

Another success for the ASBO and the criminal justice system! Still maybe the new civilian commissioners will sort out this problem and the other million or so? If you search Kent Online there's a character who intends to stand for the post in Kent. One of his priorities? A referendum on the Boris Island Airport? Yup!

Um, since when did British courts start delivering judgements in French measurement units?

"A Prostitute has been banned from a sheltered housing complex where she has terrorised elderly residents for years."

Would that make her a PONA?

Deja vu, didn't I just comment about the judge being the defendant's best friend?

Another illustration.
