Gosh, What A Surprising Collection Of Names…

Well, well, well. As we enter Day Three of #OpMatrixtrialmediablackout, as noted yesterday....
A sixth man from Brierfield is facing child sex offences over the alleged exploitation of a 14-year-old girl.

Mohammed Imran Amjad, 25, of Halifax Road, is charged with conspiracy to rape and will face Burnley magistrates on February 14.
And the other five?
Five others – Haroon Mahmood, 21, of John Street, Mohammed Suleman Farooq, 22, of Berry Street, Omar Mazafer, 21, of Halifax Road, Mohammed Zeeshan Amjad, 24, of Halifax Road, and Shiraz Afzal, 25, of Mansfield Crescent – will appear at Burnley Crown Court on March 2 charged with the same offence.
And there’s more!
Another man, Waqas Khalid, 18, of Halifax Road, Brierfield, is charged with witness intimidation and will stand trial at Burnley on July 4.
Savour the diversity! And wonder if this trial, too, will fall foul of the same media blackout...

Did you know that UAF turned up outside the court to "prevent the EDL from making political capital" out of all of this?

The UAF yet again demonstrate their epic clown credentials. Not only was it easy for the EDL to write them off as 'defenders of nonces' but, because of what appears to be a media blackout over this ('in the interest of community relations' of course), UAF successfully managed to raise the profile of this story in the media.

This media blackout is an utter disgrace. We need the internet to lift this into prominence. I blogged yesterday and not one single comment. How weird is that.

The media ain't about reporting the truth, they exist to support "The Project".

Once we are all deracinated consumer sludge ruled over by a vicious perverted alien 'elite' their project will be complete. In the meantime we are fair game, unprotected by law, unarmed, unorganised and increasingly denied education for our children.

"Gosh, What A Surprising Collection Of Names…"

Well, only to politicians and/or Guardian readers...

PM on Radio 4 managed to find extensive time for one paedophile catholic priest yesterday, whilst ignoring the Liverpool trial.

Mote and beam, mote and beam

Impartiality ? It's not in the BBC lexicon.

There's definitely a pathology there. Of course these days with the likes of blogs, Facebook, Twitter etc. trying to keep this under wraps is pointless, counter-productive even. As Julia and others have pointed out here, this can do nothing but foster a 'no smoke without fire' attitude when it comes to Moslems. People will start asking what it is the authorities are trying to hide and to what extent the problem exists outwith the legal system.

It would be interesting to know to what extent this is a result of primitive practices being imported from whatever hell-hole these people come from and to what extent it is due to multi-culti indulgence of aberrant (but previously rare) behaviour when carried out by client populations in the West. Either way this seems (seems) to be a problem of relatively recent vintage.

All very worrying. Makes you wonder who instigated the media blackout and what they were afraid of. Perhaps, is there a terrorism angle here as well?
I cannot find any papers reporting the case, but the papers have gone soft since the Leveson enquiry and they would not have put up much opposition.
The Liverpool Crown Court shows the names on the daily listings by the way.

I found it odd that almost minutes after '9/11'. every govt and police 'talking head' in the UK was - after saying how terrible it all was - banging on about how the mohammetan populace must be protected from the 'backlash' that was coming their way. Of course it didn't - just as there wasn't a right wing plot to kill homosexuals when the lone loon Copeland was bombing his way round the gay haunts of London - plenty of other examples. What is it with the UK Government and mozzies?

To whom are you referring, the men on trial, or the people involved in the media blackout..? ;)

"...UAF successfully managed to raise the profile of this story in the media."

But not by very much. It still wasn't carried by any of the big dailies.

A blog yesterday was brought to my attention on Twitter. It's now been taken down but before it was, a commenter suggested that this blackout was instigated by the judge.

It even apparently extended to naming the people on trial (that was the reason suggested for the takedown) despite that being a matter of public court record!

" I blogged yesterday and not one single comment. How weird is that."

See above. It seems madness, but what can you do? Will they report the end of the trial?

"...this can do nothing but foster a 'no smoke without fire' attitude when it comes to Moslems. "

Spot on!

See previous comment. Someone in that (now-nuked) thread suggested in was a judicial order.

"The Liverpool Crown Court shows the names on the daily listings by the way."

According to someone on Twitter, repeating those names in comments may have been what spooked the blog owner into deleting the post..

"What is it with the UK Government and mozzies?"

I'd dearly love to know!
