This Just Sums Up Our Justice System, Doesn't It?

A car dealer could be facing jail after he got a gang to viciously beat up two mechanics because a vehicle he left for repair wasn't ready in time.
Note that: 'could'. Not 'definitely will'...

Surely depends on whom he is "up before?". If it is someone who has experienced the recurring "no, not yet but it will be ready NEXT week" excuse after putting a vehicle in for servicing, he/she might be minded to see "extenuating circumstances" and give the accused some token non custodial sentence whilst bemoaning the fact that he/she couldn't send the recipients of the beating for the spell in chokey they so richly deserved ! :-;

I guess the morons doing the repairs failed to read the time limitation penalty clause when they accepted the job...

Probably not something the average Lithuanian mechanic is familiar with... reading I mean.

That's always a possibility!

Perhaps we should arrange to have more judges burgled?
