I remember a surgeon discussing a case where the "gentleman of size" had to be placed on two theatre tables pushed together. The surgeon made the incision, cut through layers of fat and finally came to a white, hard, surface. Thinking he had reached the organs, he made another cut. Straight into the table, having missed all the organs completely! Cost a fortune in compo so probably bought a few more pies. TTFN :
