When You Really Do Have A Dog In The Fight…

Prosecutor Sian Phillips said the incidents happened on March 28 2010, when Bennett was at the hospital with a friend.

She was in the main foyer with her Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Socks, while her friend received treatment.
After being asked to leave a number of times, security guards Gamel Abdullah and Mr Walmsley were called, to whom Bennett became aggressive and abusive.
When the pair tried to escort her out, she shouted "get them" to the dog, who jumped up and bit Mr Walmsley, who sustained wounds to his left and right hands and left leg, the court heard.
Bennett then swang (sic) the dog’s chain repeatedly, with one of the attempted blows catching Mr Walmsley on the head.
Lovely

Let me guess, she’s had a ‘troubled upbringing’?
Defence barrister Hilary Roberts said Bennett has had a "troubled life", adding: "It happened in the heat of the moment and she regarded herself assault (sic), reacting in totally the wrong way."
Just a one-off, out-of-character moment of madne…

Oh:
Bennett had previously appeared before the courts five times since April 2009 for violence and public disorder.
Shocker, I know…
She was sentenced to 18 months for unlawfully wounding Mr Walmsley, eight months for assault occasioning actual bodily harm, four months for being the owner of a dog out of control and three months for assault.
The terms run concurrently and Bennett will serve half of the sentence in custody, while her dog will be destroyed under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
My sympathy is reserved for the dog. The crazy bitch that needs to be put down, not so much…

FFS!

Is this some kind of new law in the U.K, whereby all whites must be accompanied by a sand nigger?

This is about the fifth I have seen today, the SECOND from this site!

Likewise I feel sorry for the dog which would most certainly have had a troubled upbringing from that crazy bitch.

What's wrong with consecutive terms?
Greatest gaol term 18 months, half off = 9 months. Very likely out in 6 or less.

w/v coctreen. Her middle name perhaps.

You could be forgiven for thinking so!

"What's wrong with consecutive terms?"

Good point. Nothing that I can see. Are they ever imposed?

The dog has probably been interrupted resulting for the dog to hurt him. This was really a serious issue on dogs. We know that they are just only dogs, but we must also be aware of the circumstances of the dogs brought.

As the saying goes: "Dogs are man's best friend", well pets act the way their master's train them. However such circumstances cannot be controlled. If they were trained harsh they would act the way they used to be.

We must not take advantage on our dogs. We must be likewise thankful for them. Dogs are mans' friends, so why used dogs in a game like this?
